AT THE NEWPORT BAY CLUB AND HOTEL, A NON-SMOKING
RESORT, YOULL FIND LUXURIOUS ACCOMMODATIONS IN
OUR SUITES AND TOWNHOUSES INCLUDING A FULL MENU
OF AMENITIES. ALL SUITES AND TOWNHOUSES HAVE
EITHER ONE OR TWO PRIVATE BEDROOMS, AND ALL HAVE
A QUEEN SIZE PULL OUT COUCH IN THE LIVING ROOM.
ALL BEDROOMS HAVE ONE QUEEN SIZE BED-NONE OFFER
KING SIZE OR TWO BEDS IN ONE BEDROOM. ALL UNITS
HAVE A LARGE LIVING ROOM WITH DINING AREA, A
KITCHEN WITH MICROWAVE OVEN, AND A TILED
BATHROOM. A SELECT FEW OFFER KITCHEN STOVES. OUR
BI-LEVEL TOWNHOUSES OFFER PRIVATE DECKS ON BOTH
LEVELS. ALL UNITS HAVE EITHER A HARBOR OR CITY

1BSQH-One Bedroom Suite - Handicap Queen - Smoking Our one bedroom suite - handicap, located on the third floor of our building, has a seperate bedroom with a queen sized bed, living/dining room, a partial kitchen, and a marble bathroom with step in shower tub. The partial kitchen is equipped with a small fridge (3 ft. tall), coffee maker, toaster, microwave, a dishwasher, and kitchen utensils. There is NO oven or stove top. All rooms are smoking due to Timeshare and all reservations are a two night minimum.
1BS-Q - Non Smoking-One Bedroom Suite - Queen Our one bedroom suites, located on the second and third floor of our building, have a seperate bedroom with a queen sized bed, living/dining room, a partial kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. The partial kitchen is equipped with a small fridge (3 ft. tall), coffee maker, toaster, microwave, a dishwasher, and kitchen utensils. There is NO oven or stove top. This unit is approximately 540 sq. ft. We do not designate room numbers until check-in and please keep in mind, that we are a timeshare hotel. All of our units are strictly NON-smoking.
2BS-Q - Non Smoking-Two Bedroom Suite - Queen A two bedroom suite gives you two seperate bedrooms, both with queen sized beds, a living/dining room, a full kitchen, and two full bathrooms. The living room has a queen sized pullout sofabed. This full kitchen has a coffee maker, full refridgerator, a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, and an oven with stove top. This unit is approximately 720 sq. ft. We do not designate room numbers until check-in and please keep in mind, that we are a timeshare hotel. All of our units are strictly NON-smoking.
2BTH-Q - Non Smoking-Two Bedroom Townhouse - Queen The two bedroom townhouse is a split level unit. On the first floor, you have a living/dining room, a half bathroom, partial kitchen, and a balcony that runs the length of the unit. There is a queen sized pullout sofabed in the living room. The second floor has the two bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed, a bathroom, and a private deck off the bedrooms. The partial kitchen is equipped with a small fridge (about 3ft tall), coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and kitchen utensils. There is NO oven or stove top. Most of the two bedroom townhouses have a spiral staircase. This unit is approximately 1150 sq. ft. We do not designate room numbers until check-in and please keep in mind, that we are a timeshare hotel. All of our units are strictly NON-smoking.

Name: Directions: From Boston- Follow the South East expressway-93 South to Route 24 south until 195 west exit. Take 195 west for one exit. Get back on 24 south and follow until you see 114 to downtown. Take this exit and the Hotel is located on the corner of America's Cup Ave., Thames St. and Memorial Blvd.-337 Thames Street. From CT/NY- Take Interstate 95 north to Route 138 east. Take 138 over bridges into Newport. Follow signs for downtown. Hotel is located on the corner of America's Cup Ave., Thames St. and Memorial Blvd.-337 Thames Street. From Points North- Maine and New Hampshire- Take Interstate 95 south through Massachusetts as it joins RT 128 south. Stay south on RT 128 even as it becomes RT 93 north. Do not exit on 95 South as it leaves RT 128. Take RT 24 south exit to RT 195 west, for one exit. Get back on 24 south and follow until you see 114 to downtown. Take this exit and the Hotel is located on the corner of America's Cup Ave., Thames St. and Memorial Blvd.-337 Thames Street.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled 30 or more days prior to check-in, a 50 USD cancellation penalty will be assessed. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in, a penalty of 100 % will be assessed.
